The Highgate Elementary Groundbreaking Ceremony occurred on January 24, 2020. The construction of Highgate Elementary School was a labor of love by Panama-Buena Vista Union School District (P-BVUSD), S.C. Anderson, Klassen Corporation, and many other wonderful companies throughout the community. After the physical construction was complete, Principal Johnson and his staff built our Highgate Team of caring staff members who empower all learners on this beautiful campus. Highgate opened in August of 2021 and is P-BVUSD's 20th elementary school.
