The Highgate Elementary Groundbreaking Ceremony occurred on January 24, 2020. The construction of Highgate Elementary School was a labor of love by Panama-Buena Vista Union School District (P-BVUSD), S.C. Anderson, Klassen Corporation, and many other wonderful companies throughout the community. Highgate opened in August of 2021 and is P-BVUSD's 20th elementary school.

Vision Statement: To create an environment in which students own their learning.
