Meet the Principal

Principal Steve Johnson has been in the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District (P-BVUSD) family for seventeen years. He taught at O.J. Actis Junior High for nine years, worked at the district office for five years, and was principal at Roy W. Loudon Elementary School for two years. He will be starting his second year as principal for Highgate Elementary during the 2022-2023 school year.
